Even after 20+ years in the market, I still get a buzz from helping Trusts to improve efficiency and achieve their strategic goals.

I have worked in the records management industry for over 20 years and with the NHS for the last 10.  Over this period of time the changes in the way medical records are created, accessed, stored and managed are immense.

I have been instrumental in guiding Trusts through these changes and will continue to do so as the rate of change increases over the coming years.

My passion is identifying areas within Medical Records Departments that not working 100% effectively and devising creative and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.  Even after 20+ years in the market, I still get a buzz from helping Trusts to improve efficiency and achieve their strategic goals.

Aside from advising on the practical and legal requirements of data management within the NHS, a key part of my role is to help them optimise the way in which this information is used. I have a deep understanding of, processes, workflow, outsourcing and information governance.
