I came across this interesting article on the potential need to address a “right to explanation”.
I still talk to people who think that Records & Information management is ‘just’ an IT or Facilities problem and don’t really think about compliance.
This is another small aspect of GDPR that proves that organisations need to be taking this incredibly seriously, otherwise it’s going to be a mammoth task to comply….
